How is your team doing right now?

How is your team doing right now?

Go on. Ten seconds.

Eran

RRIDA is a team health tool for managers. Your team answers two quick questions a day, anonymously. Eran is your coach inside it, and she's there from the minute you're in. Bring her the 1:1 you're dreading before your team has answered a single question.

As their signals come in, she reads the pattern across the whole team, never the person.

When nothing needs fixing, she says so. When something does, she gives you one thing to do, the words to say, and how you'll know it worked.

Example of what you'll see - day 7

Your team says there’s no room to learn.

All deadlines, no learning. It came up all week, but from fewer than half the team. So this week is a conversation, not a change.

One person to ask

The one thing

Ask one person what they’d do with a day that had no deadlines in it.

You are asking and listening, not fixing

Say this

“If I gave you a day next month with no deadlines, what would you do with it?”

What tells you it worked

They name something real instead of shrugging. The hard part is the ten seconds after. Don’t fill them.

One thing. The words to say. How you'll know it worked. Inside RRIDA, Eran goes deeper. This is the short version.

Sample. Not your team.

Eran

You said good. Most days, so did they. The difference is in the reason. You see priorities shifting. They see priorities that were never clear. That's where we start.

Four states

Your team is always in one of these. It decides what Eran tells you to do.

CruiseSteady. Nothing needs fixing, so Eran helps you bank what's working.

DriftSomething is slipping though the work still looks fine. One thing to do, now.

HeadwindsThe team is sound and the pressure is coming from outside. Flag it upward.

StallOutput and team are both struggling. Eran works through it with you.

CalibratingYour first six days, while Eran is still learning your team.

Your team

Answers are anonymous. Everything you see is team level. Nothing in RRIDA identifies anyone. Eran will never name a person and no report will. Your team sees what you did with what they told you.

Managers of managers

Look after several managers? You see states across your teams, never scores. Talk to us.

That was the whole website. RRIDA asks for less of your day than this page did.
