Who's behind RRIDA
RRIDA is built by three founders with 90 years of combined experience running teams and making them work.
Between us we have worked across financial services, insurance, oil and gas, telecoms, government, manufacturing, travel and more, including many of the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100.
Clive and Neil Hays are brothers and co-authors of The Trillion Dollar Problem and Already Gone. They also built the Clover Framework, the engine that runs RRIDA.
Clive has been making organizations and the teams up and down those organizations work for over 30 years, and it is that experience that led to the development of Clover. Neil holds an MBA and coaches leaders up to board level on turning strategy into delivery. Chad Williams builds AI tools for asset-heavy businesses. He knows technology only works when people trust it, and that shapes how Eran coaches.
All three founders have extensive experience in optimization and transformation work, with the same challenges emerging constantly.
Teams slide long before anything shows in a report, and the manager is often the last to get a clear signal. RRIDA gives that manager the instruments to see it early and a coach to help them act on it.
