What is RRIDA?
RRIDA is a team health tool for managers. It reads how a team is doing from two anonymous questions a day and gives the manager a coach, Eran, who says what to do next.
Who is it for?
RRIDA is for anyone who looks after a team, from a first-time team lead to a manager of managers.
What does my team have to do?
Each person answers two questions a day, which takes about 30 seconds. They pick a face, pick a reason, and they're done.
Is it anonymous?
Yes. Every answer is anonymous and everything a manager sees is at team level.
Can I see what one person said?
No. RRIDA never shows individual answers and Eran never names a person.
Who is Eran?
Eran is the coach inside RRIDA. She reads the team's pattern, holds the memory of what you've tried, and gives you one thing to do when something needs doing, with the words to say.
Is this a survey tool?
No. A survey tells you what people thought some time ago. RRIDA is a daily read for the person running the team, with a coach attached.
What is a sealed read?
A sealed read is your own view of your team, captured once and locked. Seven days into your trial it opens next to what your team said, so you can see where the two differ.
What are Cruise, Drift, Headwinds and Stall?
They are the four states a team can be in. Cruise is steady, Drift is an early slip while output holds, Headwinds is outside pressure on a sound team, and Stall means output and team are both struggling.
What does the trial include?
The trial is the full product for 30 days. No credit card is needed.
How soon do I get something from it?
Straight away. You can talk to Eran from the moment you are in, you see your team's signals come in from day 1, and your first reading lands after 7 days.
What happens on day 31?
You choose whether to continue. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
What does it cost?
RRIDA costs $695 per manager per month after the 30-day trial.
Does it need IT or an app install?
No. Setup takes about ten minutes and your team can answer from a browser link. The app is optional.
Why didn't I see a cookie banner?
rrida.com sets no cookies and runs no trackers, so there is nothing to ask your permission for. If you seal a read, your browser keeps a marker so you can find it again. That is all.
